Wanted to put up a new post to begin the week, but there's not a lot to say. So we'll start out the week looking back, something we've all been doing a lot of lately. Stephanie posted scans from Mario Testino's book, Let Me In. Seeing Testino's Jake Gyllenhaal is not a bad way to start the week.
The last one is particularly poignant to me, if recent reports about Kirsten are true. In any case, it's a gorgeous picture from a happier time.
We've all seen the pictures of Heath's oceanside wake. Such a beautiful way to say goodbye. On the night of the wake, I found a Cottesloe Beach web cam. So I could watch the sun set along with those on the beach. It was a small way to feel connected somehow. Here are a couple of screencaps - nothing like the photos from those present, but it gives you a flavor.
For anyone who missed it, the BAFTA In Memoriam segment. Heath is at the end, looking beautiful and far too young to be gone.

Oh my goodness! Jake's left eye! My favorite left eye in all the world. :-D
That kissing Kirsten's eyelid pic is so sweet. Even though Jake's nose is all smooshed.
I told you this previously, I'll tell you again - those Cottesloe Beach webcam pics are so beautiful. I personally love the vantage point of the cam. I'm so happy you were able to capture them.
FYI - a Jake sighting in Santa Fe yesterday.
Hee - I know you love that eye, flaws and all. That picture is knid of scary if full size!
And I adore the Kirsten picture.
Thanks for the encouragement on the cam caps. You know I felt weird posting them. But I did feel good about "being there," so I wanted to share.
Thanks for the new post - yes, happier times indeed! I know love for Kirsten has always been spread very thin amongst Jake fans, but I hope she can get her act together again.
Those caps are beautiful, and thankfully confirm that they weren't being hounded by paps at the time, for some reason the one of the lone sail boat has nearly made me cry again.
The Jake photos are works of art, I do love the Kirsten one. I don't mind the girl. Hopefully she's getting her act together, when she was frequenting London with Johnny Borrell it didn't look like that life style was doing her any good at all.
I'm hoping for some nice, happier looking Jake photos soon.
Thanks for the webcams UV. So beautiful. And the Bafta tribute was lovely. Just can't believe he is gone. Just not right. :(
As for these Jake pics...LOVE them! Mario captured his beauty inside and out, imo. The one with Kirsten is very sweet. All you can do is awww. I hope if the rumors are true that Kirsten is getting the help and support she needs. I don't have an issue with her or their relationship. From pictures they looked very in love. UV, do you not like Jake's eyes? He has the most amazing baby blues imo. From this size the eye looks very sexy! But I guess much bigger and it might be a bit much, lol. Love all the pics and topless Jakey is the best Jakey! ;p
Thanks for the Jake in NM sighting. I bet he was finishing up Brothers.
I know this isn't the right place to thank you UV for your responses on the DC forum. But still a big THANK YOU.
UV, love the beach pictures.
"Yup, if Jake's not living with Reese, I bet he at least has a drawer :)"
I expect they live together. Jake lived with Kirsten, and young people do that sort of thing. :)
It's perhaps a bit early for a marriage.
I think Jake has been seeking someone to share his life with, he is obviously a domestic creature ( the cooking, etc.).
God bless Jake. B.
Wow, UV!!! The web cam pictures are just exquisite!!! As much as I would have wanted to share and be there, I don't think I could have handled it at all. BAFTA is still making me weepy.
The Jake and Kirsten picture is SO swweet!pictured together, Jake seemed so exhuberant, and so open, he was just happy to be in love!I'm NOT saying Kirsten didn't love him, but in all the pictures I've seen, he seems the more effusive of the two. She might very well have been overwhelmed by him. They were very young.
"Yup, if Jake's not living with Reese, I bet he at least has a drawer :)"
Thanks for my first good laugh in a couple of days! Not only a drawer, but his own side of the closet, I'd bet! And being good envoronmentalists, they are probably able to conserve a lot of water together, too!
What beautiful pics of Jake, thanks for posting. And I always liked Kristen, I hope she is getting the help she needs right now.
The screencaps look so peaceful, serene. From all reports the funeral was uplifting and inspiring.
Reese's family was in L.A. yesterday:
http://www.x17online.com/
I know the woman with Deacon and Ava is her Mom, I don't know who the couple is behind them. Reese doesn't loook to thrilled.
Thanks for the Jake pictures, and as agent krycek said, they are a work of art.
Kristen and Jake in happier times, my thoughts are with her.
The Bafta tribute made me crt all over again.
The screen caps arelovely, thanks for posting them
Did anybody see Reese on Good Morning America this morning?
I tried the link UV left for the Jake sighting, and got blog called " A View From The Bird's Nest" with no reference to Jake that I saw.
Is my computer possessed?
I didn't see Reese on GMA. What was she on for?
It's my ( totally unfounded ) belief that Reese will be at the Academy Awards, since she is such a big, bankable star and probably wants to be seen. Maybe with jake, maybe without.
I wonder if she has a dress yet? ( Yeah, I can be frivolous. :)) B.
Reese might do a red carpet and present. Jake might present. But I don't think Jake will be on any red carpet. I think the In Memoriam segment on the Oscars will be very hard. I sincerely hope they do a better job then SAG.
The video of Reese on GMA is here:
http://abcnews.go.com/gma
It was taped and she is promoting her film Penelope, which she produced starring Cristina Ricci.
My speakers at work are a bit funky so I couldn't here all but he did ask about the divorce and the kids but I think that was it for the personal questions!

LBarb, it's in the last paragraph, last sentence really, of her blog post, saying that during their excursion into town Nick saw Jake. No details naturally (there never are), but a sighting is a sighting is a sighting. :-)
So anon 2:29 are you saying Reese was on GMA this morning talking about being a presenter at the AAs? Or is it just a guess on your part that she's planning on presenting?
FL: No she is talking about her film Penelope on GMA, no mention of the Academy Awards except when they show a brief clip of Walk the Line (see Link).
Reese might do a red carpet and present.
Jake and/or Reese might be presenters. Presenters usually do not walk the carpet. That's for nominees.
Beg to differ 2:55. Presenters DO walk the red carpet. They do it all the time, with few exceptions.
The only reasons for Jake and/or Reese to go to the AAs, is if they were involved with a nominated film, if they were nominees, or if they were presenters. They'd need a reason.
If one or both are presenters, my guess is Reese would do the red carpet, and limit interviews to Penelope or to the AAs.I think if Jake is a presenter, he will avoid the red carpet, and no interviews at all. He has nothing to promote and will not discuss his private life or his personal feelings.
I know some people would love to see Jake and Reese together as a couple on a red carpet. But I think that day is very far off. Neither one likes to just go to events for the sake of going. This is work for them, not a party.
Maybe there will be pictures of them together the night before at that event they are involved with. If they show up for it. Too bad the Vanity Fair Party is cancelled.
I think we would have definitely seen them as a couple for that.
I found the Jake reference in the blog, thanks Felicia.
No details???? Obviously the person didn't understand the importance of the event.
I guess I thought the " reason" Jake and/or Reese might go to the Academy Awards is to promote their careers. I thought a lot of actors go to be seen, even if they are not presenters or nominated.
I don't know a huge amount about the movie business though, so I could be mistaken.
I do agree that it is unlikely Jake would do a red carpet this year. B.
Wow that first picture is absolutely gorgeous, never seen that before.
It would be nice to see Jake and Reese do the red carpet at the Oscars but I very much doubt they will, (together that is).
First, I think it's possible that they may walk the red carpet together, assuming that they go at all. They're obviously going to that pre-Oscar bash together.
Second, it's likely that you will see more photos of Reese and Jake walking about and being together, given that they have both wrapped their respective films.
Third, I still don't think Reese and Jake are living together, although I agree they are serious and that he spends much of his free time with her at her place, if only because of the kids. I really don't think Reese would do that. But I suspect that marriage may not be too far off for these two.
But UV, you're probably right, he probably does have a drawer. ;)
Go Hillary!
"Yup, if Jake's not living with Reese, I bet he at least has a drawer :)"
And I'm betting her kitchen has a few more gadgets and utensils, too!
According to the L.A. Times, AMPAS already has all the Oscar presenters lined up, and they will start announcing them Wednesday. I would expect to see Reese presenting, Jake more doubtful (hope I'm wrong).
Thanks for the Mario T. photos...... they are always a treat!
Guess there's an article coming out on Ryan which he uses to discuss his divorce, mostly it seems to defend Abbie. Said she didn't deserve to be called names and his marriage was troubled long before that, etc. Didn't seny he cheated, just wouldn't address it.
Said it took him five months to get out of bed! Ewww! His resentment of Reese really comes through that article in several places. He seems to respect her, but obviously not a fan.
Can't imagine Reese participating in a similar discussion.
The folk at DCForum linked some absolutely charming videos of Heath! One from when he accepted an award in Australia which was fairly recent. He was sweet and very comfortable and fun. Very loose. A very rare side. The other was from when he appeared on the Graham Norton Show in the UK. Graham is a mischievous, funny, bawdy gay comedian with a late night talk show. He gets his guests to participate in skits, etc. Heath was delightful. A teensy bit nervous, but fun. They made me smile. Don't have the link, but maybe you can find it on YouTube if you look up Danii Minogue AFI Awards 2006.
Thanks, bobbyanna, for the heads up on the Heath vids.
Here are the links in case people want to click from here.

Heath on Graham Norton
"The only reasons for Jake and/or Reese to go to the AAs, is if they were involved with a nominated film, if they were nominees, or if they were presenters."
Not necessarily. They're both members of the Academy and so perhaps automatically get an invitation.
Anyone can go to the Academy Awards.
There is also the possibility that they might skip the award show and just go to the parties.
Of all the awards season events, the Oscars are probably most exclusive.Space is also limited in the theater.
Priority goes to nominees, and their guests. For Best Picture this would include ALL the producers. Don't forget Best Costumes, Best Sound, Best Cinematography, Best Set Design, Best Animated feature, Best foreign Language, Best short, Best long, Best Documentary, etc. etc. etc. A lot of nominees.
There are usually two presenters per category, and other program participants. A very limited number of seats are held for executives and heads of studios. Take Time Warner, for an example, with several different film divisions, all of them having a president. Then the CEO of Time Warner, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. These are "the suits."
After that, a limited number of seats left are for sale to AMPAS members who are INVITED to purchase tickets if space permits. There is a very strict deadline to purchase them.It isn't an open process. This is when it's important to have a good agency representing you.
Some actors do try to attend events to "be seen," but it isn't something Reese or Jake need to do, or, from previous comments, something they would enjoy. They have both commented in the past that these industry events are work.
If an actor is so far out of the loop they need to go to events to "be seen," then their career isn't at the same point Jake and Reese's careers' are.
Networking and deal-making more frequently happen away from the AMPAS program, at industry parties, house parties, etc. Other awards season events also might be more accessible for such things.
Neither Jake nor Reese are in a position to need to do that. I could see a Jessica Beil begging her agent to get her invited to something like the Vanity Fair Party. And it seems like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell tend to show up at everything.
Often, presenters are people who have films coming out. You might see Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman presnting. There is a rationale behind almost every presenter who's chosen. It isn't haphazard.
Popular stars considered bankable by studios are invited, like Will Smith or Toby Maguire. Stars who can provide the show with a ratings boost and stars who are emblematic of the best of Hollywood, the legends, etc. are included, all designed to project an overall image of AMPAS.
Because of her position in the industry,Reese might show up. I'd be very surprised to see Jake. Delighted, but surprised.
Jake is someone who would probably be invited to present. But he is also someone secure enough to be able to say no, very nicely... thru his agent.
I bet they both go and they both bring their mothers as dates. LOL!
Sorry I've been MIA today, folks. Left work early and came home and slept. I hope this isn't the flu I'm fighting!
UV, do you not like Jake's eyes?
Blasphemy! How could one not like Jake's eyes? :)
It's just that I'm not a fan of extreme eye close-ups. And on my 30" monitor at work, it's all just a little too close for me!
And anon, this probably in't the right place, but you're welcome ;)
Glad folks liked the web cam shots. I really hope to visit there one day.
I've sort of begun to hope Jake isn't at the Oscars this year, much as I'd adore seeing him in a tux, and possibly with Reese, because when they do the In Memoriam section you just know they'll end with Heath, and the camera will go to Jake to get his reaction, and I just don't want that for him, especially after seeing Orlando and Sienna's reactions at the BAFTAs, I just don't need a close up to know that people loved Heath and are mouring and missing him :(
On a happier topic, yup, I reckon there's definately a drawer at Witherspoon Towers with Jake's name on it, I also think they'll marry this year, we won't know when or where, it'll be done privately and with no media circus, but I think it'll happen
Agent I agree,
I think one day this fall we'll all be doing our thing respectively. It'll be a day just like every other day. You know, running errands, enjoying a night on the town, etc. We'll probably be listening to the radio, or a nearby television will be turned on, and during the top of the hour update us unsuspecting fan-types will hear the news:
Actress Reese Witherspoon, 32, and actor Jake Gyllenhaal, 27, were married yesterday in a secret ceremony at [undisclosed location]in a small private ceremony attended only by family and friends.
The couple "met" while filming the movie, "Rendition," and were the subject of much media speculation and gossip after they were spotted together several times. Although mostly private, last October they went public with their romance while in Rome together.
Last year Witherspoon divorced her husband, actor Ryan Phillippe, after eight years of marriage, they had two children together: Ava, 9, Deacon, 5.
This is the first marriage for Gyllenhaal and the second for Witherspoon.
Count on that!
Thnaks so much to the link to the Cottesloe web cam, it looks so peaceful and serene, what a perfect place for Heath's sendoff.
The Bafta tribute was poignant, made me cry.
I don't know about Jake and Reese's participating in any AA stuff, both are members of AMPAS.
Jake has nothing to promote but Reese is promotong Penelope. Too bad that event the night before the Oscars that they are scheduled to attend is off limits to the press ( a private funfraiser/party).
And to add my 2 cents regarding Jake and Reese living together: I doubt it but I do believe he stays over when Ryan has the kids.
The Reese/GMA interview:
http://www.abcnews.go.com/GMA/Stars/story?id=4273037&page=1
She will be speaking at the UN next month on International Women's Day!
UV, do you not like Jake's eyes?
Blasphemy! How could one not like Jake's eyes? :)
It's just that I'm not a fan of extreme eye close-ups. And on my 30" monitor at work, it's all just a little too close for me!
That and the fact that there's just too much sclera there. ;-) Awww but we love it anyway. Conical shaped and all!
Jake Left Eye Gyllenhaal

I gotcha UV! ;)
And OMG FL that picture is scary, lol! Alright Jake has his imperfections but I love him for it! And those blues still are some of the best in the business! ;p
During the interviews for Penelope.
Reese isn't taking questions about her relationship with Jake or Heath's recent death.
Check E out, they have one of the interviews. She was or will be on all the Entertainment shows Extra,Access Hollywood, E News, ET & Insider, no questions were asked about either topic.
So I doubt they will be walking any read carpets together.
Afternoon babblers,
UV and FL, lovely post with wonderful pics, especially the beach cam.
Light snow this afternoon in the city and it's beautiful.
Anon/2:53: The no comment regarding their relationship is still in tack, good for them and the hell with the naysayers that said that they were exploiting there relationship.
And with the exception of the event before the Oscars, I doubt that either will be presenting at the Oscars or doing any Red carpet stuff. Reese did last year because she won the previous year. Yes they are members of AMPAS and she is a AA winner and Jake is a nomminee, but there are a lot more young actors out there ot put on display that have movies coming out in the next few months. I know she has Penelope but I think she will confine that with the usual talk shows IMO.
BTW: Please don't forget to vote today!
There is a good chance that Reese just might do the oscars, she has a movie to push and the movie is under her production company. She has presented in past years when not nominated.
I liked this little Reese interview. When she talks about her "coke bottle glasses" as a kid, I immediately thought of Jake, who, I believe, suffered with that same emblem of dorkiness himself. These 2 have so much in common..... and I don't just mean superficial things like wearing glasses.

Don't think my previous link works, so let me try again. (This may be beyond my very limited internet skills!)

Reese's Coke bottle glasses
TY Suvee,
I hope you don't mind it I try to link and laugh. Do you think they compare pics. Jake and his article, about his Coke bottle glasses, is the first person I thought of when I read that article.
I like that she doesn't talk about her personal life when on promo because it almost always backfires. See responses to Jennifer Aniston's crying interview session with VF.
Reese has nothing to explain, to anyone about anything, therefore, she can just promote her movie.
Hi sass!
Yes, somehow I do believe Jake and Reese have had a good laugh sharing their common childhood coke bottle glasses agony. : )
I miss Jakey! A lot.
Reading Ryan's interview, he seems like he has an unattractive personality. Sour.He is very bitter at Reese, IMHO. His comment that the reason the tabloids were interested in him was bcz he was married to the highest paid actress, or something like that?
Whoa! Other things he said. The subtext is someone who is jealous and petty and blames everyone but himself for his misfortunes. He says he stayed in bed for five months, or that other time he said he felt almost suicidal? Definitely a "poor me" kind of guy.
Obviously, the marriage WAS over long before ever we heard about it. One of those well known H'wood secrets.
I think Jake and Reese have been together way longer then a year. And good for them. They deserve to be happy. The more interviews Ryan gives, the more he looks like a crybaby. He needs a new PR team.
I agree with your comments regarding Ryan, why doesn't he just keep his mouth shut and promote his movie.
I thought of Jake right away when Reese mentioned the coke-bottle glasses too!!
What a crappy day in NY, the rain washed away all the snow and now it's just a sloshy mess!
What a crappy day in NY, the rain washed away all the snow and now it's just a sloshy mess!
It been absolutely glorious in London for the last few days, after very cold starts, but getting horrible tomorrow.
Ryan, never really warmed to him, although I've never paid that much notice of him before. As very much an outsider looking in, it always seemed Reese had more invested in the marriage them him, although I will say I've always got the impression he's a very good dad to his kids.
I too miss Jake, be nice to see a picture soon, although in no way shape or form do I want him bothered by paps - Reese could take a picture in her garden and send it to us, go on Reese, you known you want to ;)
Agent Krycek, that is a brilliant idea.
The garden, or maybe the bedroom. :)
Afternoon Babblers,
HELP!
I had a horrible Heath dream last night. I was in an ICU that was familiar to me taking care of one of Heath's relatives.
She went into Cardiac arrest. I called a Code Blue, but no one came to help me and she died. I don't know what happened next, but later I realized she had disappeared from her bed.
I had no idea how much bad Heath's passing would get, how much I would miss Heath, or how much I was involved emotionally with him and his life.
I think Reese needs as much love as she can get. I can't imagine her ever spilling all that intensely personal stuff to a magazine.
The way he goes on about how sad he was, and his comments about being married to the highest paid actor in Hollywood, and how that keeps him stay in the spotlight...made me nauseous.
No wonder she didn't have her usual happy face and smile on in recent photos.
I would not like my son to read, all that poor me crap in the paper, or have some other kid in his life, ask him questions about his dad's marriage and divorce, based on that "W" article.
I want to tell him to stop talking but he has to learn the hard way...and he will.
sass here singing in with my LJ user name just for because.
xoxoxo
Some Maggie news.
Maggie has a new project on her IMDB resume: The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, to be directed by Rebecca Miller, the wife of Daniel Day-Lewis. Also starring: Alan Arkin, who recently worked with Jake on Rendition; Julianne Moore, who was in the Dylan pic with Heath, and other folks.
Brad Pitt to produce.
Filming begins in April in Connecticut.
Small world.
Oh, Sass - that's a terrible dream. It really i hard to process everything that's gone on in these past few weeks. Take care, sweetie!
I know we all want a picture, but there was a Jake sighting at the Rufus Wainwright show in LA last night:
VOCAL YOKELS: Jake Gyllenhaal and a couple of buddies, hitting the Rufus Wainwright concert at the Wiltern theater in L.A.
Sorry for the spam, but a couple of reports from Rufus' board. The first thing makes me wince!
Wainwright on Heath Ledger's death: "I wrote this song for Rivers Phoenix when he died. Now I sort of see it as Heath Ledger's song. Like my friend said, 'They always die after playing a gay person.'"
That must have been hard for Jake to hear. But it sounds like Jake was into the show:
It was a seated venue, but a lot of the crowd got on their feet for 14th Street and Beautiful Child. It was fun to see Jake Gyllenhaal two rows behind us standing, dancing and singing his heart out to 14th Street.
Thank you UV, Jake sure likes Rufus Wainwright doesn't he. A few pictutes would sure be nice right now.
Jake is a Rufus fanboy, there's no doubt! In fact, 14th Stret seems to be a longtime favorite. From December, 2003:
Rufus Wainwright brought swishy swagger to the Wiltern last night. The lobby scene was straight out of WeHo, with the primped and pretty boys scoping each other under chandeliers. Craig Zadan and Neil Meron were deep in conversation, and Jamie Kennedywell, who really cares? Jake Gyllenhaal and Kirsten Dunst both with jarringly short hair (he was buzzed, she was pixied)were cuddly and low-key, though they couldnt restrain themselves when the to-the-heavens chorus of 14th Street brought the concert to a climax.
14th Street lyrics:
You've got my lost brother's soul
My dear mother's eyes
A brown horse's mane
And my uncle's name
You walked me down 14th Street
For the doctor to meet after thoughts of the grave
In the home of the brave and of the weak
But why'd you have to break all my heart
Couldn't you have saved a little bit of it?
Why'd you have to break all my heart?
Couldn't you have saved a minor part?
I could have clipped and saved and planted in the garden
Damn you guess I'll have to get a new one
I'd love to sit and watch you drink
With the reins to the world, gripping a smoke
Vaguely missing link
Don't ever change you hungry little bashful hound
I got the sheep, poor little Bo Peep
Has lost and filed for grounds.
But why'd you have to break all my heart
I could have ripped apart and thrown into the river
Wonder if there's hearts that will deliver
Don't ever change, don't ever worry
Because I'm coming back home tomorrow
To 14th Street where I won't hurry
And where I'll learn how to save, not just borrow
And they'll be rainbows and we will finally know
Also, FYI, Matinee Idol is the song written for River Phoenix:
This is the day
The day of the death
The death of the matinee idol
Still so beautiful as the angels
As the angels came down from on high
So sweet and so soft
So charmingly daft
So young was the matinee idol
Lips of crimson slightly open
As the flash and all fame put to rest
Chorus:
Walk, walk along that wall
No it is not from the academy
Walk, walk along that wall
>From this moment you'll cease to be
The undying love of the public eye
And so goes one more
Away from the maze
Away for to sit at the table
Above Babel, far from this world
While standing on the boulevard
Chorus
But still, whomever has looked at
Looked at beauty is marked out
Is marked out already by death
Still so beautiful as the angels
As the angels came down from on high
Jake at a Rufus show...cool! I can just picture him on his feet singing. :D Thanks for all the info UV! Good to know he is really done with filming. I just wish he would make a trip to NYC one of these days...
Sass, sounds like a harsh dream. *hugs*
Also, appreciate the lyrics to the songs and the old sighting. Yes Jake is def. a longtime Rufus fan!
I wonder if Reese finally said, "Enough - I'm not going to another Rufus show!" Hee.
The lyrics to both songs are poignant. If you youtube for 14th Street, you can hear the crowd singing along.
Someone else on RW's board noted that the Heath joke/comment might be inappropriate, especially with Jake "Blumenthal" 12 rows away.
Sidenote about the Untitled Moon Project. From a Doug Liman interview
UGO: What can you tell me about your upcoming moon colonization project?
DL: It's with Jake Gyllenhaal. We're still in development on it. It's a script I wrote about ten years ago. I think the greatest accomplishment in our lifetime really was the Apollo program. And rather than just tell a history of the first lunar landing, I want to make it relevant to a young audience by having the group today recreate what the Apollo program did forty years ago.
Thanks for the new and old RW/Jake sightings, and yes Jake is a major fan!!!
I wish that Jake was doing the Moon proj. movie next instead of Nailed.
So I guess the Moon project is still in development even with a completed script. Sounds like the April movie will be Nailed.
UV I hope someone mentioned Jake's correct last name...oy!
Again thanks for the info!
Reese has her family in town and is busy promoting her movie, Penelope. Then she says she is spending Valentines' Day doing stuff with the kids? We haven't seen them together since
January 26th.
OTOH, in the pictures from X17, where Reese was out walking with her mother, and the kids, she had a beautiful ring on third finger, left hand. So there's that.
I have a feeling that Jake won't be too far away on Valentine's Day.
I'm totally confused now. Just saw this today about a new Doug Limon movie with Nicole Kidman.
http://news.premiere.com/blog/
2008/02/21308-kidman-is.html
So..... does anyone have any idea if the Untitled Moon project will be after or before this one?
I'm starting to think that the moon project is not happening at all, or at least for a long time.
IMDB doesn't have anything for Jake about "Nailed." I hope he doesn't have to be with this mean crazy director. I think Jake shouldn't have to deal with mean and crazy right now. I'm glad James Sheridan was there with him during these rough days.
Now the WGA strike is over, I'll bet a lot of projects come one line and he might get a chance to hook up for something really nice.
Jake came through the Fincher experience unscathed. I have no doubt he'll get through the Russell experience the same way. I'm surprised how many people view Jake as some sort of a delicate flower who wilts from harsh words or strong direction.
I agree, anon. Jake is a man, not a little boy. And as Sam Mendes once noted, Jake actually seems to relish the criticism, as if he has something to prove.
I certainly don't want Russell to be cruel to Jake, but I wouldn't want Jake backing down from someone either.
This is a tricky idea for a movie and it could really be a disaster. But a good black comedy is a beautiful thing, so fingers crossed. And I'm looking forward to seeing Jake play a bad guy.
As for the UMP, it certainly doesn't seem ready to go. But who knows what else Jake might be offered or how fast they can get UMP going.
Especially one who has a lot of sex.
I think Jake would make a delicious bad guy. I would like to see him play a very sexy bad guy. I would also like to see him do more scenes like the scenes in Rendition which comes out on the
19th on DVD. And which I will probably need to buy several copies of since I will wear it out.
8:15PM: I noticed the ring too! I think we have become spoiled, but sit tight there have been longer droughts between pics of these two plus they just only finished wrapping up their films.
Yeah, it does look like the Untitled Moon film is way off.
Wouldn't surprise me if Reese and Jake go away for a few days.Seeing Reese's mom visiting her made me think that they might.
According to Variety Doug Liman is not attached with the Valerie Plame project and neither is Nicole Kidman???

And Ms Kidman is pregnant - I don´t see a new film in her near future..
Very mysterious.
IMO it looks like Jake will be filming "Nailed" this spring and after that perhaps the Moon project.
We will know for sure very soon.
And Jake is a big boy, I am sure he can handle Mr Russell. I am worrying more about the whole plot - it sounds crazy in a good way but in the wrong hands it could be a disaster. But I would love to see Jake as the badass in a satirical, dark politic comedy.
Thanks for the "Rufus" links - good to see that our Jake is a fanboy.....:-))
This is one of Jake and Reese's favorite places, it looks romantic and out of the way:

Happy Valentines's to all the babblers and of course Reese and Jake!!
Loved the new and old Jake/Rufus sighting.
This couple has 2 kids named Reese and Jake, too cute:

Jake and Reese in People:
http://www.people.com/people/package/gallery/0,,20176201_20176208_5,00.html
Doesn't look like either Jake or Reese will be at the AA's this year.
http://www.awardsdaily.com/?p=1387
Not surprised at all. Reese was a presenter last year because she won in '06.
Jake was a presenter in '05 because he had 3 films coming out that year and in '06 because he was nominated as well.
Thee was no reason to have them present yet again when there are so many other actors that they can have as presenters w/o recycling the same ones and I say this as fans of both.
Also they have nothing to promote, yes Penelope is coming out but that isn't a big film, it will be coming out in limited release.
Too bad the event the night before the Oscars is press free, I have a feeling they agreed to this because it will be press free.
I never thought Jake or Reese would present. There's no reason for them to.
I hope there are at least press reports about the party. Something's got to leak! Because of the absurd "Jannifer meets Brangelina" angle, I'm hoping to hear something.
Back to UMP. From another Doug Liman interview:
As far as the future is concerned are you still looking at the Moon Project you have with Jake Gyllenhaal as your next film?
DL: That's what I am working on, but I so fall in love with the characters of the current film I am working on, and at this point in my career I've had the good fortune of falling in love with every character I have worked with and the actors that have played them it is hard to imagine leaving the world of Jumper behind to go do the Moon Project. I am having separation anxiety, but maybe a two week break I'll be ready to date something new.
Safe to say old Doug will fall in love with Jake, too :)
Sadly, Jumpers is getting terrible reviews. I hope Liman gets his act back together.
Rendition and Zodiac were both shut out of nominations, no reason for them to be asked. All the others are either winners from last year, or have movies coming out this year.
Thanks for the new Liman interview, UV. I was just about to quote some of the horrible comments on "Jumper".
Lets hope that Liman is able to repeat the "good old times" like "Swingers" or "Bourne Identity".
Jake is usually so careful with his projects - lets hope he has read a part of the script or something that convinced him that this is a worthy project....
I'm not surprised, but disappointed nevertheless, that neither Jake nor Reese will be presenters at the Oscars.
I admit I don't know much about David O. Russell's work. But the thought of Jake playing an amoral politician in a satire about sex and power........ puts a big smile on my face! I'm hoping this really is his next project.
"I'm surprised how many people view Jake as some sort of a delicate flower...."
That totally baffles me as well..... his mental and emotional toughness seem pretty apparent IMO.
I can understand some of the concerns that have been mentioned about this guy Russell who is directing Nailed.
He's shown himself to be a nasty piece of work and anyone who hasn't seen his "meltdown" on YouTube ought try to see what he did on the set of I Heart Huckabees.
I am definitely not someone who thinks of Jake as "some sort of delicate flower..." Not at all. I don't think of Jake that way, ever. If anything, I'd be worried Jake might "launch" himself at someone, and kick some butt!
Here is my take on the whole Nailed thing. I would love to see Jake do something fun, that really works, that is smart and satirical. Nailed might be that something.
But the director of a film sets a tone. It is his job to inspire TRUST in his actors. His behavior and the way he treats people affects the entire set, the crew, the actors, the whole shoot. If there is tension and bad feelings, temper tantrums and volatility, it will affect people and their performances.
My own personal feelings on Nailed, are that I am ambivalent. It could end up being an embarrassing, "straight to video" mess. Or not. If I find out tomorrow that Jake is NOT doing it, I won't shed a tear. If I find out that he IS doing it, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it goes well, ends well, and doesn't take a zilion weeks to complete.
I just wish there were more "Brothers," "Zodiac,"
"Rendition," "Jarhead," kinds of scripts out there. (There'll never be another BBM.)
If the Nailed script appealed to Jake, that's all I need. I just like to see him on the big screen. Often. I'm easy like that.
As far as Russell, well obviously if we in the general public have heard about his volatile nature then I'm sure Jake has. Jake seems to like a challenge. BBM was challenge for him. Zodiac and Fincher, a challenge. Nailed might be his next challenge.
Acting in itself is a bit of a masochistic occupation anyway; you'll always be at the mercy of the director - whether he be 90-Take-Fincher or Hothead-Russell.
You know what, FL? After all my handwringing, you put it in perspective. You're right...as usual. After all is said and done, Jake read the script, Jake (and his agent) knows who and what he is dealing with, and I really want to see him make a lot of movies. I would only add that I want the movies he makes to be very sexy movies. (I never thought of it that way before, but there is a bit of masochism in the acting profession! LOL!)
Jake came through the Fincher experience unscathed.
Not completely unscathed. He whined a fair bit about it, remember, to the point where Mark Ruffalo called him out publicly about it. :)
Mark Ruffalo was an asshole about the Fincher stuff. I don't consider what Jake said to be whining. Every actor who's worked with Fincher, including Ruffalo, has complained about the takes. RDJ did. Chloe Sevigny did.
But Mark was so eager to suck up to Fincher that he didn't mind implying that Jake was a prima donna. I lost a lot of respect for MR after that.
If Mark did this why are they still friends...
I'm thinking that this is one of those things that spring up on the internet that everyone believes is true but has never been verified.
Where's the link?
If Mark did what? Dis Jake? Just google for it and you'll find it.
I don't think Mark and Jake are friends or really were friends. They are acquaintances.
To Suspicious(11:01)
This is one of my favorite phrases.
A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but in his heart he harbors deceit.
UV, don't feed the haters :))
I don't take anonymous advice, thanks!
I don't think Suspicious Anon is a hater, necessarily. We can have a conversation even if we don't all believe the same thing.
But there's ample evidence that Mark Ruffalo dissed Jake - it wasn't in just one interview. Sure, he and Jake played nice after that. But they had a movie to promote.
I don't know if Mark and Jake are friends; I think MR pretty much said they are just acquaintances.
Or maybe Mark's words didn't bother Jake at all. Jake has a tendency not to obsess over things we in his fandom spend far too much time on :)
UV...gorgeous pics and a wonderful site to come for all of your Jake goodness.
The web cam pics are simply stunning and beautiful.
The Kirsten pic is lovely, and they look so happy.
I hope you're doing well and I think about you often! Sorry to sign in as anon, but I need to set up a blogger account or something.
Christina
Christina!!! (Said in my very best Swoff-imitation voice.)
So good to see/hear from you. I really do adore that Kirsten pic. So much pretty. And happy.
Glad you like the web cam pics. It gave me some comfort to "watch" the ceremony like that. But someday, I'd like to go to Perth and to that beach.
And yes, do sign up for blogger. Or just come back and visit us lots. I know things are hectic, but it's always good to hear from you.
First of all, I wasn't the anonymous poster from 11:01.
Second, I am not a "hater" by any stretch.
I just have never heard Mark Ruffalo say anything negative about Jake. A lot of times someone says something online, or misinterprets something online, and it gets blown out of proportion. No one checks whether it was ever true in the first place, and the story becomes true by default. One will give more credence to it if the story is widely reported online, but no one ever bothers to check the source.
I have no doubt that some bloggers and others on message boards have talked about Mark "dissing" Jake, but where is the link of what he said specifically?
Another thing, I don't think they are best friends but they have socialized on at least two occasions outside "Zodiac" promotions:
Once at Cannes, and while they were both there for Zodiac they hung out together afterward (the film had opened in the US two months earlier); the second time was when they ran into each other at an LA restaurant last spring and talked for several minutes. They were even seen laughing together.
Sorry, i'm still not sure if i'm buying it. At least I haven't seen that would verify it.
I don't think it's right to accuse someone of being a "hater" just because they disagree with your opinion, especially since I was trying to be non-judgemental about it.
Frankly, that's something they would do on another unnamed board.
Suspicious, no need for veiled references to other places. If you note, I defended your right to your opinion, uninformed though it is. But I'm not someone who gets caught up in internet hysteria. I've actually read the articles in which MR dissed Jake.
Your argument would carry more wight, however, if you'd do the simple work involved of googling for the info. Since you're either unwilling or incapable, here you go:
"Yeah, you hear stories about him being so hard and intense," Ruffalo said. "And then I met him, and I immediately just loved the guy and was thinking , 'Well, when is he going to change? When is this guy that you keep hearing about going to pop up?' And my relationship and friendship with him got deeper as we went along. I think Fincher, what he has no patience for is incompetence or just a casual attitude toward the work. If you come in and you don't know your lines and you're not prepared, Fincher's going to eat you for breakfast. You know? And so the actors who complain about Fincher are usually the ones who don't show up knowing their shit, kind of."
Ah. So that whole thing last week with Jake Gyllenhaal's thinly-veiled Fincher critiques ("So there came a point where I would say, well, what do I do? Where’s the risk?") in The New York Times -- was that blown out of proportion?
"Like I said," Ruffalo replied, "Fincher only has a problem with people if they're not prepared -- if they're not ready to work when they show up. Whatever form that takes -- whether it's a prop person, an actor or whatever. I thought there were a lot of weird sour grapes in that New York Times article. We're actors, man; we get paid way too much. It's like 'Wah, wah, wah' to me to hear an actor bitching and moaning when they get paid as much as they do and we have a pretty great life. I don't have much sympathy for it."
And there are other articles, as well.
Secondly, socializing on two occasions hardly makes people friends. As I said, as far as I can see, Mark and Jake are acquaintances. Jake seems to have had the good grace to ignore MR's ungracious, hypocritical, self-serving comments. Bully for him. Luckily, I don't have to.
BTW, I found that article by doing a search for "Mark Ruffalo disses Jake Gyllenhaal" on Google. Took all of ten seconds.
Jesus Ultraviolent,
Why do you have to be so harsh about it? I just made a point. It's funny that you always pass judgements on others who are critical or passive aggressive and here you are acting like someone just shit in your cereal for having the temerity of challenging your INTERPRETATION of something someone said. This is something i've noticed about you in the past. You are always first to pass judgement on others and then fail to practice the same type of civility when you are the one being challenged.
BTW, I've read that article before.
That was hardly a diss by Mark Ruffalo. He never called out Jake specifically. He just talked about actors in general, since MANY ACTORS --- as you noted above --- have expressed displeasure at the number of takes David Fincher requires in his films.
That's what he was talking about.
I find it funny how me defending Mark Ruffalo has turned into such a bloodfest. Like an old italian vendetta.
Sorry guys, I honestly meant no harm.
I'm harsh, huh? This is the kind of post I'd delete if it were about someone else, but since you'll just go crying censorship, I'll keep it up.
I'm not sure how exactly you can see that as anything other than a dis on Jake, since the reporter specifically asks MR about Jake's comments. Shall I repeat?
You twice asked for a link of what MR said specifically. When provided one, you dismissed it by saying you'd read it already.
Now, since you have the advantage of knowing who I am and refuse to say who you are, I'll ignore your insults and take them for what they are: sour grapes that you got shown up in an argument.
Alright fine.
lol.
I'm honestly not sure what I do wrong Ultraviolet. I don't understand why you take such a negative tone with me. You can't say it's because of anything I wrote. You went nuclear here before I did. I have a theory, that you allow certain people's views about me to cloud your own judgement.
You see certain people attribute things to me that are just not true. Any time someone challenges their weird beliefs they automatically think that it's me. I find it to be a combination of funny and bizarre. But it is what it is. Even on other sites I have never posted on. I see people accuse others of being me. You know this because I didn't know that any of these boards even existed and have asked you about them. Yet, you allow these people (who lets be honest have some trouble with reality) to cloud your judgement about me.
Honestly, I think you and I agree more than we don't. On more than just Jake Gyllenhaal as well. Maybe the problem is that we're too much alike.
It reminds me of this guy I knew in graduate school. He was a year ahead of me, but he had missed the first semester I was there. Everyone kept saying how much we were alike and how we would get along so well, etc. But when he finally showed up, he and I could not stand each other. We were too much alike, do you understand? We felt threatened by one another possibly. I don't know.
My last statement was harsh true, but only because your post previous was way out of line for something as trivial as what I had written. You had made no fewer than THREE personal attacks against me.
Why?
Because I thought that there wasn't much to this whole Mark disses Jake thing. Like I wrote, I think it's something that is completely overblown.
You've accused me in the past of making attacks against others, and the truth is I have never personally attacked anyone here.
It's too bad that you think I do.
Suspicious, it sounds as if you think people think about you more than they probably do.
If you are who I think you are, you might as well just sign your posts. It's not that hard to figure out. And if you are that person, you HAVE attacked other people and other sites. Spewing whatever you want to say and then later pretending you weren't being insulting doesn't work here.
Also, you have personally attacked me - once quite harshly and just now with whatever suspiciousbabble that last post was.
I did not go nuclear on you. I declared your opinion to be uninformed, which it was. And I got irritated by your twice asking for a link when all you had to do was a freaking google search.
Going nuclear is more along the lines of calling someone uncivil and hypocritical, in the terms you chose to employ.
This ends here. Next time you want to post, be a man and sign your name.

Insomnia rocks;)
A poster on DCF, around
August 2006, was able to get onto the film location site of the last scene of Zodiac, because she knew the owner of the store.
She told us, that Jake walked in and out of that store, more than 50 times.
I can understand what Jake was grousing about. With Clint Eastwood and his less than 3-5 takes per scene and his many Oscars and nominations, and Ang Lee, with his less than 10-15 takes...and the fact that BBM was a masterpiece. Just what did Fincher really want?
.
And, I ask anyone, who in the hell did Fincher piss off in Hollyweird ?
Zodiac got nary one nomination from any of the nominating groups. I know just enough about that place to know something is not right, especially when the movie is listed, in most critics lists of top 5-10 best movies of 2007.
Hell, even Norbert received one Oscar nomination, for Best achievement in Makeup, and it was released in February, 2007. Duh!
AMPAS didn't forget Norbert, but somehow they forgot Zodiac,
and both movies were released during those awful dumping ground months... something is definitely not right.
Someone seriously does not like this auteur, and that sucks for the actors, directors, producers, and us...fans of Jake.
Jake talks about all them takes...NY Times article
Hi JP! Knew you'd be back!
Let's change the subject to something more pleasant (given the lack of Jake info today).
Something a little personal:
What is everyone's astrological sign?
I am a Leo.
I'm a Libra!!
If Jake is actually going to be doing Nailed then his IMDB page needs to be updated. Only Jessica's name is attached to it.
Jake and Mark just wanted to stirr a little publicity before the premiere of Zodiac. Jake did that in NYTimes. Where better than that? JMHO.
Another Librian here :D
I've just looked at Jessica Biel on imdb, and realised I've no idea about her because she's yet to appear in anything I'm even vaguely interested in watching, I'm looking forward to Evil!Jake, but still not remotely thrilled about Jessica - is she any great shakes as an actress, I've honestly no idea ????
Some random ramblings: We've seen pics of Jake and Toby, but I don't recall anyone mentioning that they saw Natalie? Or maybe I'm just forgetful.
Natalie has been on TV promoting The Other Boleyn Girl (which I am really looking forward to!) and it made me think, the next time we see Jake, he will NOT have a beard and a hairy face! LOL!
I am thinking maybe they went out of town for the Valentine weekend? If so, we will have sightings soon enough.
After reading more excerpts from the "W" interview, I am getting the distinct impression that Ryan is a very bitter person towards Reese. IMHO.
Hey bobbyanna,
I hope you're right about them going out of town for Valentine's Day. It's possible.
But Reese has been doing a lot of press for her new movie lately. It's weird though. I was under the impression that her film was coming out at the end of the month. Why all the press now??? Is the film coming out this weekend?
Anyway, I hope you're right and Jake/Reese get some private time together.
I get that same impression too regarding Ryan towards Reese bobbyanna.
He is being quoted in another interview that is floating around concerning the paps. zhe said he feels like a prisoner in his own home and worries about the effect they have on his kids, mentions Ava and her concerns about how she looked to her classmates, etc.
He should stick with discussing his film, which I assume is the reason for the interview, funny you don't see his movie mentioned in these quotes.
He says that he wishes he could move from L.A., he said the same thing last year when he was in the UK promoting Breach, he said that he wouldn't mind living there along with the kids, I think that Reese would have something to say about it.
And although there have been more pap pics of Jake/Reese and kids/Reese/kids than Ryan/Abby/kids and Ryan/Kids picturesd that I have seen, I'm afraid that neither can do much about that living in L.A.
I'm a long time Reese fan and by proxy a long time observer and fan of Ryan's and I don't read his comments as bitter.
He basically is saying the same things he has said for years about the paparazzi issue. Nothing new in that quote at all. He is also aware of the fact that he is not so famous that on his own that he should attract all sorts of attention so he acknowledges that he was with a very famous person. I think he's attempting to be self deprecating like "I know it's not like I'm a big famous person".
That's just what I read into that interview. I know everyone has their own opinions :-)
I'm working from home today, so I thought I'd check in here for the latest (lack of) Jake news.
Happy that he is being left alone, but honest enough to admit that I really miss seeing him..... alone, with Reese, with Atticus, with Naomi..... I'm not picky! He needs to show his (beardless) face sooner or later, right?
I am an Aquarius.
Morning Leo here;)
14th Street makes me think about Heath especially and cry a little.
But why'd you have to break all my heart
Couldn't you have saved a little bit of it?
Why'd you have to break all my heart?
Couldn't you have saved a minor part?
I could have clipped and saved and planted in the garden
Damn you guess I'll have to get a new one
TY UV..
fun note I wonder if His record company notes a spike when his name is mentioned with Jake. I know I've enjoyed Rufus for a while but did buy the song he and Jake sang together on stage and of course I downloaded 14th st. Thanks to Rufus Jake and my son among others I have stretched my music library:lol
I'll be back soon.
I agree, Ryan's comments aren't new, he has said similar things before, he also said that he doesn't like living in L.A. but I assume he is stuck there because of shared custody.
I really hope we get some sightings/pics of Jake and Reese in the next few days, (Valentine Day related).
The PR Reese is doing for Penelope does seem a bit early for a film coming out on the 29th, it's all pre-taped stuff.

Kirsten Dunst's Split With Jake Gyllenhaal Caused Her to Party More
When news broke last week that Kirsten Dunst had checked into rehab, fans were surprised because she is a respected Hollywood vet, but those who knew her were familiar with her partying ways.
Some Dunst pals even suspect her 2005 split from three-year beau Jake Gyllenhaal led to her wild ways.
"Jake was turned off by all the partying," a source tells Us Weekly in its latest issue. (Dunst's rep says that is "downright wrong.")
Ironically, multiple sources told Us that regret over the breakup led her to party more – and use cocaine and alcohol. (Counters her rep, "She is not being treated for cocaine or any drug.")
"Whenever the cast and crew were out, she was the center of the group – doing shots and encouraging everyone to drink," a source on her upcoming movie How to Lose Friends & Alienate People told Us. "There was no such thing as 'just the one' for her."
Dunst will remain at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah "as long as she needs," a pal told Us.
Check out the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now, for complete coverage of Kirsten's

Evening peeps:)
Trying to find a movie for later tonight, and ran across information about a movie Midnight, to be released in 2010, starring and produced buy Reese W., on Fandango.com.
It is a comedy originally done in the 1920,??, it sounds like fun, and since I loved all of Claudette Colbert movies, I hope it works.:)
The release date may not stick, but here it is anyway and
more from IMDB Pro.
Reese IMDB Pro
From Fandago.com All movies with potential release dates...
Midnight
Legally Blonde and Walk the Line star Reese Witherspoon headlines this remake of the classic 1939 screwball comedy. Penned by Charles Brackett and Billy Wilder, the original Midnight starred Claudette Colbert as a destitute Parisian who is enticed into posing as a Hungarian countess in order to save the marriage of a wealthy aristocrat. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
Fandango all movies...tentative dates I am sure
Not to beat a dead horse, but my friend who called me January 22, with the news about Heath, and some of my other friends ar ound the country, have no clue at all, about Heath, Jake, BBM or any part of their lives, unlike say, Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise.
Heath and Jake were both rising stars with more to accomplish. My friends have very good impressions about them but they know little about them personally. I needed a Reality check after Heath's death, and I got one.;)
Except for BBM fans, diehard Heath and Jake fans, and people who put up with my raving about Jake;) these two actors have a ways to go before they are-were household names...which I think is their preference.
Heath will be known, after TDK and and Jake maybe will be more well know after the Joe Namath movie, which is down for release on Fandango.com ?? in 2010.
xoxoxo peeps,
off to the movies.. I hope:)
I made some typos in my previous message. Excuse me please.
I believe BBM was a heavy repeat view movie, which makes its' total gross dollar intake false and misleading.
I met one woman online who says she went to see BBM nearly 100 times. Hell, I went to see it more than I want to talk about...at least 15-20 times:)
I expected a similar intake with Zodiac and Rendition...NOT! Of course, no one could go to see those two movies 100 times.
sass,
You went to see BM 15 to 20 times during its showing in the theater? Wow. That's committment. You should win a prize or something. lol. I think Jake should come over to your house personally and sign your sweater or something. At least a kiss on the cheek.
I saw Zodiac a couple of times in the theater and watched it on DVD a bunch of times, but i've never showed that much committment.
For some reason, today was a very rough day, Heath-wise. He was on my mind all day,long...and all I wanted to do is just come home and log on and spend time here, where I knew people would understand. I get so melancholy, thinking that most people out there will have "moved on" since the news cycle has shifted its focus, understandably, to other things. And I can't let him go yet. There's a part of my brain that still hasn't fully accepted it. I mean, mentally, I know it happened. Emotionally I'm blocking it.
You've got friends here, bobbyanna, who are still feeling it.
I find myself visiting Heath sites to look at their picture galleries realizing I've never seen a lot of the photos there, and it's bittersweet.
I find myself thinking of sad songs that remind me of Heath and his passing, go over to YouTube and see that someone else had that same sad song in their head and created a Heath tribute vid.
Last night I even spent time on a French Michelle site. So you KNOW I must be thinking about Heath a lot!!
(((FL)))! I've been doing the same!! YouTube has some beautiful videos. And I am seeing a lot of great pictures of Heath I'd never seen before. He really is a sweet, beautiful soul. Most of all,I love watching his interviews. I think when he rusted his surroundings, he didn't squirm around so much.
I was thinking of the night before event on Oscar Weekend. They said no pres, but that doesn't mean no press outside when people are arriving. Also. The Independent Spirit Awards will be the day before the Oscars, in the afternoon. I have no reason to say this, but I have a strong feeling Jake will be there.
"I think when he rusted his surroundings, he didn't squirm around so much."
LOL! I meant "trusted" not rusted.
Not to cut the convo short, but new pictures, new post! Yay.
And I'll be happy to leave one aspect of this particular post behind :)
