LAX = Los Angeles International. That's just the name of the airport. The paps weren't nosy enough to say exactly what terminal Jake was at or to discover where he was going.

I thought the Jake and Reese leasing a flat in NH was old news, but according to this blog, someone told them over the wekend that they are leasing:

Can't imagine why they would be leasing now after Pop has wrapped, but who knows. They also speculate that Jake never owned his place in the H. Hills,but was leasing it which would explain why the house is up for sale but there is no public records of him selling it the real estate agency is probably selling it and using Jake as a soon to be former resident. I remember reading one of the rags saying that he sold it and used the $$$ to upgade the ranch in Ojai.
PS: I actually like Jake with that cap!
The rumor that won't die! It could be that the blgger is doing a fellow real estate agent a favor by pimping a property that Jake and Reese were interested in last year but why? And if they are loking for privacy, they don't have it now, but still it's curious and I do remember that anon. poster that claims that Jake will be doing a play in the UK.
The place is too big for a single person but perfect if Reese and the kids comes along. Don't know, i have a feeling that there might be some truth to this.
Where I'm confused is about the Hollywood Hills stuff. Am I crazy or did I actually read somewhere ages ago, as in more than two years ago, that when Heath and Michelle bought Ellen's "tree house" Jake was going to be their neighbor bcz he either owned or had purchased a house in the same neighborhood. I remember it was also in the same area where Kirsten Dunst was also a neighbor.
Then I read something else that Jake owned a condo. There were even some pap pictures of him during his "biking phase" in the area where his condo was. Maybe I have "brain fog." LOL!

The pap pics we saw of him were taken in the H. Hills area, don't remember reading that he had a condo unless it was the place in ny that was/is actually owed by his parents.
I was going to dismiss this as old news/gossip used to pimp some property in the UK but why would the blogger bother with this now and not last month when it first popped up. They could have and probably made up the bit about that person contacting them over the weekend, but what would be the point.

IMO Jake has been living with Reese lot longer than some thought and they spend a lot more time at the ranch then Brentwood, just a feeling I have.
I think it would depend on the kids' schedules. If they're in school,then the ranch might be for weekends, mostly, unless they are with their father, then she and Jake are probably at the ranch, unless they have meetings and appointments etc. in town. Brentwood is still primary because of the kids.
I don't think the "realestalker" is right. In fact, I think except for actual public records of real estate listings, she probably is pretty careless about her information. I like to look at pictures of the houses she talks about, tho.

Probably recyled news she embelished to make a post. Also if they are supposedly renting then one can assume it's for a film or play and it's being paid for by a studio. They would Not have that information out there for their clients, no privacy.

TMZ picked up the UK flat story. I'm convinced that they are just using Jake and Reese to sell the flat since it's up for sale. Even if they wanted to rent a flat in London, it wouldn't be this one considering the news has been splashed all over the place!

I think this place was rented by Jake (and Reese), but probably is no longer. I remember seeing pics of Reese leaving the Alice Temperley boutique in Notting Hill. That shop was a stone's throw away from this house.
So they did a real fine job of keeping the paps at bay and away from the house. Good for them.
I agree FL,past tense. It would make more sense for the Real Estate agency to say that they rented it when Jake was there filming, they still would get people interested in buying it if that's what they are doing.
Ssying they are renting it now makes no sense because it would mean they would have to pretend that Jake and Reese are living there now and preventing them from actually selling it!
