Those were the orders for many Torontonians or visitors to the city, as Jake Gyllenhaal began filming An Enemy, directed by Denis Villeneuve. Jake was papped on the set by pros and fans alike, and took some time to take photos with a few folks.
Jake was also seen last night outside Kultura Restaurant:

I just have this feeling Enemy will debut first in Europe and it would be nice to premiere the movie in Portugal to honor Saramago.

The film is listed as Canadian on IMDB. Villeneuve is a French-Canadian from Montreal. Alliance is distributing for Canada, so possible the film will likely premiere in Canada. But it is possible they will also do a European premieres too.
Added a newer picture from the Pathe office in Cannes, as well as a "poster" with Jakes name and the title. The film will get a real poster eventually, but I love that shot they chose of Jake. They seem to know what they have in him :)
It does make me want to see Jake in a movie where he plays a sophisticated, international player.
It is nice to see Jake with fans, although some went to the set and didn't get to see him. The crew told them Jake had been working 15 hours and didn't want to see anyone. And the fans who had their photo taken with Jake said he was reluctant. But he did smile!

Oh, Paula, I'm with you on the sunglasses. They are awful, like something an old lady would wear. I am hoping there's a point to them.

Not sure that story is saying Jake will be at the premiere. I think the writer mens Jake, RP and SG will all be in the city at the same time. It would be nice for Jake to go to his new co-star's premiere, though!
Lily, some independent movies have to wait until later to get a deal. And this one still doesn't have a US distributor. But some films can be sold on the pedigree of the main participants: cast and/or director. Or on the script.

I saw this last night, plus another tweet of Jake in Washington Square, but wasn't sure. I guess he is back for the weekend:
I had a really good time. c: We went to a Movie Musium place that was really fun. Then did some shopping, went to a really cool Asian market store thing.
After that we headed over to Washington Square Park. There was this guy, and I thought he really was cute.. so I walked by all awkward…
THEN! Me, my sister, mom and my friends mom all stopped walking and looked at each other.
We had just walked by Jake Gyllenhaal, and he smiled at us!
