Gyllenbabble, the site that keeps on giving.:) Imagine my delight today after I signed on...to pictures of Jake and Reese looking oh so so happy together. I can't thank you enough for this unexpected treat. They both look positively giddy. I agree Chica...LOVE LOVE LOVE!
So after eating dinner at Oya tonight, I'm walking down 9th street towards the Metro, and Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhal are at the window, eating at Zaytinya. Kind of odd to see celebrities of that ilk in the District.
This blogger is a pib IMO and I think that Jake throws a hissy fit wss BS, but according to this,Jake and Reese are back in SC, the post is dated today, but this jackass could mean Friday. He laso claims that Jessica is back in SC as well and was seen with JT last night, again consider the source.
He sure doesn't like Jake and by looking at the banner of Reese on his blog, you can see why.

I'll be the first to admit that I didn't believe Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon were really dating when the rumors first popped up last March. Maybe it was because they were starring in a movie together, the flop-tastic "Rendition". Maybe it was all the rampant "Jake is gay rumors." Maybe it was the fact that Reese was only five months out of her marriage to Ryan Phillippe and it's just unfair to have such sexy men back-to-back. In any case, the rumors clearly ended up being true and I have fallen head over heels for this all-American couple! "Gyllenspoon," as they've come to be called, is like the romantic equivalent of staying home on a Friday night and preparing meals for the homeless. They're a basket full of puppies. The kind of people who don't curse and refer to them as "cuss words." I'd imagine that Reese always smells like sugar cookies and Jake always has perfectly coiffed hair, even at 4 am.
They're totally the couple you'd hate if they weren't so damn, sorry guys, darn endearing.
I disagree with the cutesy description, but hey, one less hater is fine by me!
It annoys me that the stupid hissy fit story had such legs. Because it will now be part of Jake's online history, and idiot sites will always refer to it. But oh well.
Looks like there was more filming at the State House today, according to an IMDber:
hey were filming on the state house grounds today with a scene involving James, Jessica, Tracy, Jake, and some others along with a bunch of girl scouts walking up the state house grounds while jake is being interviewed by some reporters and what not. Jessica was wearing a red dress and James was in a police uniform. Tracy had on a blue jumpsuit..he walked by before shooting listening to some music with some big headphones on while dancing a little. It was pretty funny to see.
They look like they are as carefree, happy and comfortable together as a couple can be! These pictures tell me that the uninhibited Jake of several years ago, is still very much around, just much more guarded in public.

11. Not sayin', Just sayin' - May 5, 2008
I don’t know about the kissing, but I saw Reese, Jake, Jessica, and Tracy Morgan all on the south side of State House grounds this morning. Reese hung out under a white tent on the west side of the south steps, not far from the Gov’s office.
Jake looks so carefree - they have a great chemistry!
Reese is a natural woman, no make-up, messy hair and flip-flops - and I think that Jake loves his "down-to-earth-woman".
And (except the James Caan incident) it does not look like DOR is the "big dictator" - most of the set stories are telling us another story - everybody seems to be relaxed. (Lets hope it stays this way)!
The only shadow here.....Jakes haircut....oh my....:-((
In other news, SO pleased that Iron Man is doing boffo BO and getting great reviews and audience reactions. Esp pleased for RDJ. The come-back kid. He really deserves success and his great talents have been under-utilized for years. Now he's really up there. I will never stop saying - commercial success is important, not just in itself but for the opportunities it opens up.

Oh, UV, that cracked me up! Being a Macgirl myself, I would NOT be happy if he suddenly became a PC boy..... I get a kick out of knowing he is a member of our club (sorry, that probably sounds stupid, but other Mac users will understand).
I can only echo everyone else......they look so absolutely happy to be with each other. I never get tired of seeing them like this.... and it never fails to lift my spirits. And I love the pics where Reese is giggling like a high school girl, crushing on her hot, funny boyfriend. It is so obvious how much they genuinely love being together.

Suvee that's the perfect description of Reese in those pictures! I was trying to figure out what she looked like. They just look so happy to be around each other, which of course makes me happier too. It's nice to see loving stable couples enjoying each others company.
Oh my giddy aunt, exactly how adoreable and in love do they look - love to think Reese is laughing at his hairdo - will run over to IHJ in a mo to check out the rest of them. Such a nice surprise on a sunny Tuesday morning :D
How many people are lucky enough to actually get onto a movie set, then be able to hang out for hours, and end up meeting, talking to, and getting pictures and an autograph from the main object of our affection???
If that had been me, the security guards would have probably run us off, or the star would have hid in their trailer, or not even been on set that day. LOL! Nicole Rocks!!

I have hopes that I might get the chance if Prince of Persia is filmed over here in London - mind you, can't quite see my little bit of North London being able to stand in for Persia - but a girl can dream.

She was here to officiate at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer earlier in the day; he apparently just tagged along, which is a sign that he's totally into her, don't you think? Reese: spring dress and short trench. Jake: casual T-shirt. They split the octopus and the lamb, but he had the snail all to himself, since she didn't touch it. Emilio Estevez showed up later with a party of 12 but never intersected with his Hollywood compatriots.

Btw, Julia Roberts is filming her new movie Duplicity right around the corner. No sign of the lovely Clive Owen, her co-star, yet. Haven't seen Julia but our favorite Body Guard was just standing outside! Since he is off Jake duty he is back on Julia time. :D Very smily and animated, looks good.

Don't know why, but I have a feeling that at this point, being separated for weeks at a time, as they were when Jake was in Morocco for Rendition, would be totally unsatisfactory. Would just not work! They seem to be joined at the hip. I adore that about them!
